Deputy commsioner Faridkot Punamdeep kaur and Jaitu MLA Amolak Singh on Saturday reviews all the arrangments for the Punjab chief minister’s visit to Jaitu on Sunday,April 5.The chief minister is scheduled to visit Jaitu on Sunday and would hold a public rally at the grain market Jaitu.DC Faridkot took stock of all the arrangments like basic facilities to the visitors,security arrangements and traffic.The DC,charing the meeting spoek to all the concerned officials and further assigned them duties durinig the CM rally.She directed the officers on duty to coordinate and ensure that there is no shortcomg in the arrangemnts.Amolak Singh,MLA Jaitu expressed satifcation over the arragments.”The CM are going to announce big development projects worth Rs 30.68 crore. Rs 12 crore has been earmarked for the improvement of the sewerage project,Rs 5.67 crore for the interlocking tiles in the town,Rs 3.1 crore for the upgrading and improvement of the drinking water supply,Rs 2 crore for the construction of stadium at in the town.Apart from those, the 30 bedded community health centre is being upgraded to 50 bedded facility with an investment of Rs 8 crore,” said Amolak Singh,MLA Jaitu.
