10 students on merit list of class 10+2 of PSEB honoured by Good Morning welfare club Kotkapura

10 students of class 10+2 of Punjab School Education Board,who got top positions and their names appeared in the merit list were on Sunday honoured by Good Morning welfare club Kotkpara.

“These 10 students who have got their names registered in the merit list is an inspiration for the others,who aspire to become Civil Servants, Judges, Police Officers, lawyers and sit in to many other competitive examinations,” said Dr Manjeet Singh Dhillon,president of the club speaking on the occasion.

“We decided to honour these toppers so that they can be further encouraged to work harder and achieve higher goals,” said Gurinder Singh Mehndiratta,a senior office bearer of the club.

The club has honoured 9 girls and 1 boy.

“6 girls are the students of Dreamland Public School Kotkapura alone,” said Gurinder Singh mehndiratta.

Others present during the honouring ceremony were Manpreet Singh Dhaliwal,PRO to Kultar Singh Sandhwan,Speaker Punjab Vidhan Sabha,Financial secretary of the club Jaskaran Singh Bhatti,Dr Dev Raj,Gurcharan Singh Babbu,Principal Rakesh Sharma of Dreamland Public school,Master Raj Kumar Kochar of SMD group of institutes Kotsukhia,press secretary of the club Gurmeet Singh Meeta, Prof HS Padam,Mukhtiar Singh and Som Nath Arora.

The students were honoured with Mometoes,Medals and a souvenir cum directory of the GM club.

Khusvir Kaur, a student was also honoured with a cash prize for her excellent stage performance on the occasion.
