Is every booth is so Majboot for the congress party because of its factionlism?

Nearly stating that he is in a row to seek ticket for the upcoming assembly elections,resigning from his parliament seat, state congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring on Wednesday offered to contest against Bhagwant Mann.
Though his rivals allege that he had allegedly compromised with Bhagwant Mann and Mann had also allegedly said that his file is with him,yet, to garner applause and expressing his desire to enter the state politics, Raja Warring requested Bhupesh Baghel, the general secretary of the congress party and in charge of Punjab affairs, to let him fight against Bhagwant Mann.
“Sir, Sukhbir is finished(Sukhbir Singh Badal, the president of the SAD).My fight is with Bhagwant Mann.Though the tickets had to be decided by Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge ji, yet I demand that if I am fielded from any constituency, I should be fielded against Bhagwant Mann,” said Raja Warring in Faridkot during the statewide campaign to strengthen the congress party at booth level under its party in charge.
He even went on further to challenge and trap his rivals that if anybody else claims that he is ready to contest, he should be preferably fielded against Bhagwant Mann.
But ironically, in Faridkot,no candidate from all the three assembly segments was present during his public meeting.
In 2022, AAP bagged 92 seats with a vote share of about 42 per cent, congress stood second with 18 seats with about 23 per cent votes and SAD only 3 seats with only 18 per cent vote share.
Warring’s last victory as an MLA
In 2022, Raja warring won from Gidderbaha constituency defeating its nearest rival Hardeep Singh Dimpy Dhillon of SAD with a very thin margin of about 1349 votes.
Bhagwant Mann had defeated his nearest rival Dalvir Singh Goldy of INC and bagged about with a big marnin of about 58206 votes.
So when the house of the congress is not in order, the winnability of the congress is very bleak because most of the stalwarts manage to defeat their rivals by fielding rival candidates.
Though the AAP high command and many local leaders are allegedly not liked by the people, yet most of the people are fans of Mann.
The problem lies in the treadtion
As per the tradition of the congress party, if it comes to power, its state president is usually elected the chief minister.So all are illusioned that the congress cam win simply because of the decline of SAD and so far no alliance of the BJP with it.There could be anti incumbency. At least there are four to five CM contenders in the congress party which has led it to factionalism.
