A village that has many intra-village marriages.

It was on 24th October when one resident of the village broke the news “There is a very strange news from our village,” he whispers to his colleague as soon as he pulls off his bike near me.
“What has happened?” I ask him curiously?
“There was a girl from our neighborhood. She allegedly called up two boys to her home. One of them parked his bike nearby while one entered into her house. Some other brats, alerted the situation, caught the one with the motorcycle parked with him and he told them that his companion was in that house,’ he tells.
The result is harrowing,terrifying.
The minor girl had allegedly drunk some weedicide leading to her death when she was allegedly caught with the boy.
“The girl has drunk some poison and has been rushed to the hospital, the two boys have been tied to a chaff cutter machine,” he said.
I express my regret on the incident, but the boys working there had a sense of honour.
“What can one do for such a child, let her go,”they echo.
After two three days later, I drove on that street to inquire about the health of one of my former workers. But as his door is closed, I am reluctant.
I face some gathering there in the street.
“She is dead. The doctors told that if she had consumed the herbicide ,she would not survive. We could not do anything when her parents refused to do anything,’ said a neighbour.
Some people were trying to look for a Tripoline to facilitate of sitting of a few mourners from the neighborhood.
“She was studying in class 11th. Fell in love with a boy from the nearby village through a mobile.I know nothing except it,’ said a neighbour wishing not to be named.
The village is not isolated to this only account of the death of a girl, but has seen about 7 or more intravillage marriages which has opened ways to the marriage to the next day’s neighbour fearlessly.
About less than a year later, boy and girl ran away from their houses and returned as a couple. This was a second marriage within 2 years of the neighbours.
“One such marriage of a girl to the next door neighbour led to the many criminal cases some years before. The first marriage within the village was l;ed by a special community since then, the intravillage marriages are going on destroying the sacred institution of the marriage,’ the locals said.
