Accused arrested for shooting a cow dead of roaming Gujjar family,revolver recovered-SSP Faridkot
The Gujjar was allegedly had a cow herd of about 200 animals and when some animals allegedly entered into the fields of the farmer, he objected and it led to a heated exchange between the cow herd grazer and farmer. The enraged farmer allegedly fired a bullet which left a cow dead.

Taking a swift action on the complaint of one Sikander Khan son of Sharif Khan, resident of village Janta Wali of district Ganganagar, the Faridkot police have claimed to have arrested a farmer Jagdish Singh son of Tehal Singh, resident of Guru Nanak Colony Faridkot.
